Pastor Ben was called to serve at Good Shepherd in February of 2008 as Good Shepherd's first Associate Pastor. In 2016, Pastor Ben was called to serve as Lead Pastor. Originally from North-Central Ohio, Ben has migrated “west” with a stop at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago where he received his M.Div. When not actively serving the people of Good Shepherd, Pastor Ben can be found baking bread, taking photos, or enjoying time with his wife and two daughters.
Pastor Leah is both an artist/craftswoman and pastor and loves sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in world that aches for love, reconciliation, peace, and justice. A native of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Pastor Leah, her husband, and young son are happy to be making their home in Central Wisconsin. They enjoy spending time in nature, engaging art, and discovering new foods. Pastor Leah was called to Good Shepherd in August 2017. She is excited to be part of the many ministries at Good Shepherd and is blessed to love and serve others in response to the unconditional love that she herself has received from God.
Mary Kay Lovejoy
Mary Kay does so much more than bookkeeping. She is a true servant of the Church, as she compiles the monthly newsletter, creates weekly worship slides, leads bible study, and whatever else is asked of her. Mary Kay is the mother of four daughters, who are all black belts in Tae Kwon Do.
Elise joined the Good Shepherd staff in 2017. Elise is a joyful and welcoming presence on our staff and in our congregation.
Mary has served as Good Shepherd’s Music Director for over 20 years. She brings energy and vibrancy to the worship life of this community. Mary has a gift for origami and tenacity in recruiting new choir members! Mary’s musical gifts have enabled Good Shepherd to expand and experiment with worship styles over the years.
Judy started at Good Shepherd in 2017 and has been a welcome addition. Her humor and baking skills are an added bonus to her work of keeping our facility clean.
